What is the Platinum Department and who do we deal with?
We deal with Governmental Contracts and Platinum Clients. (B2B operations)
Governmental contracts are deals where the government hires a company to provide goods, services, or do work for them.
Process:
- Solicitation: The government issues a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- Bidding: We submit proposals or bids in response to the solicitation.
- Evaluation: Proposals are evaluated based on criteria like cost, technical capability, and past performance.
- Award: The contract is awarded to the contractor whose proposal best meets the government's requirements
Types of Governmental Contracts:
- Fixed-Price Contracts: The contractor agrees to deliver a product or service for a set price. During specific time frame (service long term contracts with specified scope of work but without specified job request, in other words - government will provide us with a job somewhere if they needed but without any guarantee).
- Time and Materials Contracts (Small purchase orders): The contractor is paid based on the time spent and materials used for specific work orders.

With this governmental list mentioned above we have signed a contract and under the contract we have fixed prices, certain responsibilities and rules. We receive a work order (WO) or/and a purchase order (PO) from them which have to be performed strictly to contract documents.
