(Must be done at the end of each night shift and when there are suspiciously no calls)
Steps:

Copy the number, then go to CTM

In CTM make a call from TX line (9899)

If SLK intro starts within 10 seconds of the call and you see the incoming call on CTM → the line is working, move on to the next one.

If it takes more than 10 seconds for the intro to start playing and the call to appear on CTM → note down the phone number and delay time.

If there is no intro and/or the call doesn’t appear on CTM → try calling again, then note down the phone number and what exactly is wrong.

Then pass the list of not working lines to your managers
Do not call:
- The lines marked in red
- Owners line
- Amit line
- Daniel business line
- Strike pros
- Richardson shop
- Test number
- Call masking number
