How to Test the Lines

(Must be done at the end of each night shift and when there are suspiciously no calls)

Steps:

  1. Go to PHONE NUMBERS to test (Workiz&CTM)

  2. Copy the number, then go to CTM

  3. In CTM make a call from TX line (9899)

  • If SLK intro starts within 10 seconds of the call and you see the incoming call on CTM → the line is working, move on to the next one.

  • If it takes more than 10 seconds for the intro to start playing and the call to appear on CTM → note down the phone number and delay time.

  • If there is no intro and/or the call doesn’t appear on CTM → try calling again, then note down the phone number and what exactly is wrong.

  • Then pass the list of not working lines to your managers

Do not call:

- The lines marked in red

- Owners line

- Amit line

- Daniel business line

- Strike pros

- Richardson shop

- Test number

- Call masking number
