  • $49-65 SC for residential repairs CT (depends on the area and hours);
  • $95 SC for commercial repairs CT/MA (depends on the area and hours);
  • $29-49 SC for residential repairs MA (depends on the area and hours);
  • Free quote for a new door installation/opener;
  • Callbacks as usual (no charge if the problem was caused by us and if it's still under warranty);
  • We serve up to Brewster/ Yorktown Heights NY, CT and close areas to Boston MA.

TX

  • $49-79 SC (depends on the area and hours);
  • We serve Dallas, Forth Worth, McKinney, Sherman and Houston;
  • 7 Am - 9 PM MON-SUN. 

General workflow.

  1. Get a new call.
  2. Record the customer's information (Name, address, phone number) and input the problem with the door into “Job Description”.
  3. According to the line, a customer is calling us from, you have to select Provider Company in customer fields below.
  4. Find a time frame that works for the customer and schedule the appointment with 2 hours time frame.
  5. Assign a relevant technician to the job.
  6. Send the job to the technician 2 hours before it starts. Tech must reply/confirm within 2 min.
  7. Record all updates to the job until it gets done.
  8. Close the job in the system when it is done using Done Job Checklist.

Responsibilities.

  • Answering all UAD/24H/Same Day Garage calls and scheduling/updating jobs accordingly
  • Calling and texting existing customers, leads, and pending jobs
  • Dispatching technicians to jobs
  • Updating, assisting, and following up with technicians via texts and calls
  • Verifying job's finance and payment
  • Completing related assigned tasks 

Main goal:  turn each new caller into a scheduled appointment!
